For 6 burgers:
• 2 lbs medium ground beef, grass fed
• 3 tbsp Worcestershire
• 1.5 tbsp garlic, chopped
• 1.5 tbsp onion, minced
• 1 tsp onion powder
• 0.5 tsp sugar
pinch of salt and pepper
• 6 medium size buns
• leafy greens
• red onion slices
• roasted tomato mayo
Combine beef with Worcestershire sauce, garlic, onion, onion powder, sugar, and a pinch each of salt and pepper.
Divide into 6 and shape each piece into a roundish patty about 2 cm thick.
Preheat a your grill or frying pan for about 4 minutes on a high heat. Turn the heat down to medium and place the burgers on the grill or in the pan.
Use a flipper to lightly press them down. Cook them to your liking for 4 or 5 minutes on each side.
Serve on a lightly toasted bun with your choice of toppings and a dill pickle on the side.
