We specialize in premium, expressive, fruit-forward, terroir-driven whites, and earthy, robust red wines that are ideally suited to the local cuisine. European-trained, Nova Scotian-born winemaker, Gina Haverstock, produces wines that are true to the variety and uniquely Nova Scotian.
In the vineyard, cellar and boutique, the Gaspereau team is a small but passionate crew dedicated to providing guests with a complete and personal Nova Scotian wine experience.
Our portfolio of wines is well suited to our culinary traditions. Our cool Nova Scotia climate serves to produce wines which are high in acidity while generally lower in tannin. Our wine styles are fresh, lively and aromatic.
Our rich farmlands bear healthy, succulent meats and produce which inspires us to create supple, soft, fruit-driven medium-bodied red wines that make a wonderful accompaniment to local foods.
